Lo mejor es su ubicación: en el centro pero en una calle sin ruido. Está muy muy limpio y su personal es súper amable. La habitación que nos dieron estaba bastante bien de tamaño, con una decoración anticuada pero con un buen mantenimiento.
El baño tenía todos los apliques de plástico, pero estaba cómodo, aunque tenía un escalón en la entrada.
El desayuno era bufet, muy básico, eso sí.
Una buena elección para estar en el centro de Olbia y no pagar demasiado.

Outdated hotel in a great location. Everything is in a walking distance. The hotel itself seems like from 80s. This would be ok, but I got a room on a first floor next to the stairs and elevator, people were passing for the large chung of the night and lack of any noise insulation ensured everything is well heard. Shower cabin deserves a place in a museum - its some kind of harmonica style, however due to its age or some reason it just does not work and kept separating and folding ????
Would be acceptable (not good) for a place to stay for EUR 50-70.
