"L'Officine du Goût" is one of the best gastronomic establishments in Olbia. In the kitchen, the harmony of flavours is carefully studied. The result is creative recipes, cooked with the best local products. For example, the fish tartar with grilled pecorino is worth a try, as is the steamed tuna with fresh herbs. In the winter, you can warm up in the pretty indoor room, while in the summer you can enjoy the terrace on a small square in the centre of the city.

Servizio pessimo. Siamo arrivati alle 13 30 e ci hanno servito prima il contorno e i primi sono arrivati dopo quasi un ora di attesa. Servendo secondo loro in base agli ordini evasi dagli altri clienti.
La qualità del prodotto era scarsa..la fregola sinceramente sembrava una zuppa

Ottimo locale, ci sono stato oggi, porzioni abbondanti, gnocchetti sardi buonissimi e il dolce( consigliato dallo staff) buonissimo. Ambiente molto accogliente, personale molto professionale e gentile. L'ultimo pranzo dell'anno non poteva andare meglio. Grazie
