Sleep in a historic place: the Roey, or Roebuck Bay Hotel is Broome's oldest hotel, having been founded in 1890 just a few years after the arrival of the first pearl fishermen. Located in the heart of Chinatown, close to pearl stores, art galleries and the open-air cinema. Just 2 minutes from the beach, but a 5-minute drive from Cable Beach on the other side of Broome. Bar and restaurant, with live music in high season, pleasant pool with tropical vegetation all around.
