The best restaurants Cradle Mountain - Lake St. Clair National Park

The Tavern Bar & Bistro is the more affordable of the two restaurants offered by Peppers Cradle Mountains Lodge (the other being the Highlands Restaurant). Located in the south wing of the main building, the Tavern Bar & Bistro offers classic, hearty meals, led by pizzas, in an attractive atmosphere. We particularly appreciate the speed of service (as long as no group has positioned itself before you when ordering) and the terrace access, which affords a lovely view of the surrounding countryside and the entrance to the national park.
