Flamm's Heim brings the conviviality of a "tartes flambées" evening back home. The Alsatian company offers professionals and private customers everything they need to make savory or sweet flammekueche: tart shells, cream, bacon and fruit. L'accueil y est sympathique, les conseils pertinents et les prix raisonnables.
Une suggestion néanmoins: aller chercher votre bois dans une scierie, car il est hors de prix ici.
