A perfect place to enjoy oysters in the open air! Since 1984, the Melrose family has been proudly caring for their oysters, supplying numerous markets in Tasmania and Melbourne. When you visit the Melshell Oyster Shack, you'll have the pleasure of tasting some very good oysters, either gold or silver. The setting is charming, with small tables scattered outside and decorated in various shades of blue. You can accompany your oysters with a glass of wine or a beer. It's very much like paradise!
