An estate dedicated to the production of sparkling wine set in the green hills of the magnificent Victoria Valley.
Domaine Chandon, based in Coldstream since 1986, has established itself as a benchmark for Australian wines made using the méthode champenoise. Created by Moët & Chandon, the site was chosen for its Champagne-like conditions: a cool climate, varied soils and moderate altitude. It produces cuvées from chardonnay, pinot noir and meunier grapes, using the traditional method. The estate also offers a complete experience: guided tours, bubble bar, terrace overlooking the vines, restaurant, and an exhibition of in-house know-how.
