Laneway is often cited as one of the best cafés in Darwin. On the menu, classic Australian coffees, perfect for a brunch. Modern "trendy" decor. The service and food are excellent. The toilets at the back leave something to be desired. Located in the heart of Parap, the place is nice during the week (especially the Outstation art gallery), but really comes alive on Saturdays when the market takes place on the square. Parap Market is often crowded, and is a great place to try street food from all over the world, for art, clothes.
