I am just back from my 3 weeks travelling the East coast of Australia in an Awesome Elite camper. It was great value for what we got and I compared lots of other campers. They offer everything in their price. Linen, towels, table, chairs, cooking equipment, gas cooker and unlimited toll roads to name a few. Would recommend and hopefully hire again soon.

Nous avons eu 3 pannes soit 8 jours d'immobilisation plus une semaine sans pouvoir ouvrir le coffre et donc sans pouvoir utiliser le réfrigérateur et la partie cuisine. À chaque fois que nous sommes tombés en panne nous avons dû avancer les frais d'hôtel et de train. Nous avons dû trouver par nos propres moyens une voiture de location pour 3 jours qui nous a été remboursée. Concernant tous ces désagréments nous venons seulement d'être remboursés (10 jours après la restitution du véhicule) des frais avancés et de 5 jours de location. Aucun dédommagement pour les jours perdus et pour l'impossibilité d'utiliser la partie cuisine et réfrigérateur.

It was unfortunate that the campervan did break down while you had it, we did everything we could to accomodate you while on your trip, we paid for all the extra accomodation (hotels) extra car hire, train costs, we also compensated for lose of days, as for not being able to use the kitchen, we also accomodate you on this. We do understand that this can get frustrating, as it was a mechanical breakdown and as it was over the christmas / New Year Period it does make it hard to get anything repaired as most businesses in Australia close down over this period, i do believe we done everything in our power to accomodate you and we were always in contact wth you along this time. if you would like to maybe email us to discuss this further. regards Awesome Campers team

Le service client de Mags est génial, surtout en ces temps où il est très appréciable d'avoir quelqu'un d'amical à l'autre bout du fil.
La voiture elle-même était facile à conduire et on se sentait en sécurité. Le seul petit problème est qu'elle consommait beaucoup de carburant, mais c'est normal vu la taille de la voiture, je suppose.
Je recommanderais cette société à toute personne souhaitant voyager et dormir dans un van.
