Establishment offering a cruise on the Darling River to discover the history of their boats and a local river.
The original Jandra was a steam paddlewheeler that was built in Mannum, South Australia in 1894. Today's paddle steamer was built by Russell Mansell and commissioned in 2000. This cruise leaves from Kidman's Camp and requires pre-registration with the Bourke Tourism Office. This cruise on the beautiful Darling River will give you the opportunity to discover the history of these boats and of a river that contributed greatly to the development of the region.
