Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park has been open since 1894. This is where the Hawkesbury River meets the sea. You will see coves, sheltered beaches, vast stretches of deep blue water, but also sandstone ridges covered with moorland and a dense forest. The beauty of the park's landscapes is combined with a rich Aboriginal heritage.

Open every day rising with the sunset. Admissions of Bobbin Head and Appletree Bay closed from 8pm to 6am in summer and from 5.30pm to 6am the rest of the year. Entrées de West Head closed from 8.30pm to 6am in summer and from 6pm to 6am the rest of the year. Rate: AU$12 by vehicle and per day. AU$4.40 and AU$2.20 so arrival by bus or taxi.
