Jean-Marc Amar began in 2009 in the production of sausages to respond to the demand of the local French community in bad local products that are hard to return and find in Australia. An official importer of foie gras, it develops its range with ever more products of the land for which it is not permitted to import: cassoulet, candied, gizzards, goose fat and rillettes. At its panel, products emblematic of French gastronomic culture at affordable prices.
