Taronga Zoo is home to species endemic to Australia and beyond. On the Nura Diya Australia walking trail, you can observe kangaroos, koalas, dingoes and various nocturnal Australian species. In addition to the self-guided tour, the zoo also offers the Wild Australia Experience, a guided tour led by a zoo keeper that takes you behind the scenes of the zoo and some of its residents, and the Aussie Backyard Adventure, another guided tour that takes you through the areas reserved for Australian animals.

Located in Mosman, on Bradleys Head Road, Taronga Zoo is a zoological park with over 5,000 animals. Here you'll have the chance to meet and have fun with the animals. You 'llfind Sumatran tigers, Asian elephants, Chimpanzees, meerkats, koalas, tree kangaroos... This park also offers a fun and educational vacation program for children aged 5 to 10. This will enable them to learn more about the animals and environments in which they live. Taronga Zoo also has an elegant eco-friendly home for those wishing to spend a night or more. The house boasts a number of carefully appointed rooms withviews of the animals and the harbor. A great place to explore!
