Want to escape from the electro clubs and other electro sounds? If you are a lover of old school nightclubs, the Palms on Oxfordwill be your little paradise for the rest of the night! For more than 20 years, this gay friendly club has been vibrating to the rhythms of the 1990s and 2000s. But you can also find disco, hip-hop or r'n'b. The clientele, often young people in their thirties, comes here to enjoy the playlists and the biggest hits of their youth. Be careful, it's difficult to get in at the end of the evening as the place is so crowded.

The Ivy is the place to be in Sydney. With a chic and trendy clientele, the nightclub of this large complex offers dancing and delicious cocktails in the heart of the City. You can also take advantage of the regular concert program, which can easily be found on the website ("What's on" page). In the early evening, businessmen and businesswomen share a drink with colleagues, then as the hours go by, Sydney's youth invade the dance floor. The ideal place to party and enjoy a night out with friends.

A club with a bold and urban style, frequented by young people from 20 to 30 years old, whose main cachet is the Chinese washing machine in the basement, but also its lanterns and gold statues. A big room, an impressive wine list... the place is also famous for its DJ's, its international or local stars. The perfect place for a big, big party, with beats and volume. Be careful though, the place can be (very) crowded depending on the DJs announced. Nice staff. Good sound system.

A timeless classic since the 2000s. Arguably one of the best-located nightclubs in all of Sydney, with its stunning views stretching from Darling Harbour to Cockle Bay Wharf, its range of surrounding restaurants and its proximity to the CBD. With its futuristic interior and relaxed yet electric atmosphere, it's the perfect place to start an evening sipping a cocktail at happy hour : just sit outside and enjoy the view! The food is decent but not particularly tasty.

One of Sydney's biggest gay clubs, with different theme nights every night (except Mondays). On Tuesdays, Bingo Drag Queen (Bingay) is hosted by Australia's two most famous drag queens. On Fridays, come and enjoy the foam parties, and on Saturdays, dance until you drop to the techno rhythms of the best international DJ's presenting all the latest music from around the world.
