The Harbor Rocks, a historic monument, was built by convicts. A party was a warehouse, the other party, the Scarlett's Cottages, was composed of six terrace houses named after Scarlett, queen of the local night at the very beginning of the settlement in Sydney. She was Eric's beloved man, a melancholic man of the tragic fate that, at night, continues to haunt the hotel's corridors in search of his Scarlett. The hotel belongs to the Accor Group.
