About 6 km south-west of Yaiza, on the way to these enormous salt marshes, you can't miss this restaurant set high up on the hillside, offering a splendid panoramic view of the site. In fact, it's a mirador signposted along the way. Set out on a terrace or glass roof, you'll enjoy fine Canarian cuisine, with a varied, top-quality menu. On the menu, a wide choice of fresh fish such as "sama" served for two, or fish in coarse salt or grilled, paella... And don't forget the homemade desserts!

Le paysage des salines tranchent avec le reste du paysage de Lanzarote et déjeuné à cet endroit est très agréable, la cuisine est très bonne. Par contre, il manque quelques explications sur le fonctionnement des salines
