Great value for money hotel-restaurant with good sized and equipped rooms with a panoramic view

It is a large hotel with a classic look for the south of the Canary Islands. It offers 214 good size and well-equipped rooms (coffee service, mini bar...). And of course views of the large beach in front of which the hotel is located. The higher you go upstairs, the more panoramic the view. There are also numerous services: fitness room, tennis courts, spa and golf course, for relaxation and sports activities. We have breakfast at l'Atlantida, his restaurant, inside or on the terrace. Good value for money and good reception.

Direkt an der Shopping Meile, sehr gepflegt, Strandnähe, Getränke nicht überteuert, sehr engagierte und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gebrauchsspuren sind natürlich auf den Zimmern zu sehen, aber das hat man schon schlechter erlebt.

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sehr nettes Personal, familienfreundlich, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Leckeres Essen, die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen, der Strand ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ein kleiner Negativpunkt sind die Betten, die tatsächlich leicht auseinanderrutschen. Das könnte sicherlich leicht mit einer Verbindung behoben werden.
Aber insgesamt kann ich das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall nochmal hier buchen.

noisy hotel only 2 stars worth!
it is definitely no "quiet oasis" because if the forced party tourism everyday(!!) in the hotel from 9-11 p.m. loud music vibrating through the whole hotel.
the room itself is in need of redevelopment: large gaps in the balcony door, when you shower it sets the bathroom under water because of missing silicone joints in the bathtub/shower.
the hotel is near a discothek (tortuga) with loud music and people screaming from midnight till 4 a.m. on the weekend!
You have to pay 1,80€ per stay for the safe. The safe itself is a pile of junk and wasn't functioning several days. It wouldn't close the door or showed Error.

The two stars are for the really great staff and the selection of food!

Mostly elderly german tourists seem to book this hotel so you will be greeted in german instead of spanish especially at breakfast/dinner.
We can't recommend this hotel and won't come back!
