Just got back 2 weeks ago from a fabulous break at the Tui Blue Suite Princess. The hotel has a beautiful reception area with stunning panoramic views across the bay, welcome drinks and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is lovely inside - open to the garden at the back with lots of gorgeous plants and trees, and birdsong everywhere. It also smells delicious! The room (junior suite) was clean, spacious and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good, too. The view from the balcony was just stunning - you could sit there all day and never get sick of it! We were really impressed and felt comfortable straight away. The hotel has a useful little shop inside, and a boutique, hairdressing salon, spa and gym but we didn't use those. There are a few bars to choose from and we found the staff were always lovely. There is a good choice of dishes every night, although sometimes the combinations are a little odd! We had the opportunity to try things we'd never had before which was fab, and always found something we could enjoy for every meal. Breakfast is my favourite thing and didn't disappoint - fresh churros, enough said! ???? Lunch by the pool is lovely, too. There is an a la carte restaurant which you get to try for free one evening but we didn't feel the need ???? The lady who greeted us at the dining room door every day deserves a special mention - she was always so friendly and made us feel special every time ???? Everything was always clean and the service was efficient for the most part despite how incredibly busy the staff are all the time. We were all inclusive and were really surprised by what was included - so many drinks to choose from! The evening entertainment was mostly good and the only complaint about that would be that there weren't nearly enough tables and chairs outside for everyone - a lot of them are set out by the sports bar which blasts out its own music or sport over the top of the live acts so you can't enjoy it from there. Also, the live act in the piano bar often overlapped the live performance just outside so you have competing sound systems which, again, affects your ability to find a seat outside from which to enjoy either. We got over it by carrying chairs over to the pool but you can't see properly from there and you don't get waiter service. More tables and chairs nearer to the live entertainment or simply turning the volume of the music in the bars down would fix this easily ???? It's also a bit of a shame that all the music is turned off at 11 - we weren't ready to call it a night but even the lights are turned off (!) so you need to go down to the beach bars to carry on.
The most amazing thing about the hotel has to be the stunning location right on the gorgeous beach - just a little ramp through a private gate and you're there. There are sunbeds which aren't owned by the hotel and are a long way away from the water so we opted to buy a parasol and set up our beach towels - cheaper by far! The location is made even better by the area above the beach which has a water park, lots of shops etc and other hotels because of the beautiful landscaping and even tropical birds! It makes for a beautiful evening walk and is lit up so is genuinely stunning. The garden at the end of the esplanade is well worth a visit and is shaded in the morning by the mountains. There is a bus service to Puerto De Mogan every day and we would recommend Friday's market - it's enormous!
We would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation and can't wait to return.

A little update from second visit - and I've removed a star ???? Still clean and beautiful but entertainment was disorganised and one evening we only had 45 minutes! It was too chilly outside so we were in the evening bar for the shows, but it fills with cigarette smoke from the open doors so you spend the evening coughing with streaming eyes, and the 11pm curfew is crazy! Also lunch is no longer served by the pool which is a shame. We'd still go again but these few issues need addressing, please ???? (just leave the sliding doors by the smokers closed!!)
