Read moreThe Puerto de Las Nieves is home to the Ermita de Las Nieves, a small chapel built in the early 16th century by Anton Cerezo - an Italian who had obtained land in Agaete in the distribution that took place after the conquest. During the month of August, you can admire the 16th century triptych that its founder brought from Flanders. The rest of the year, it is kept in the church of Agaete. From the original chapel, only the sanctuary and the coffered ceiling remain. You can also enjoy, not far from the pier, the pretty white houses with blue shutters that have kept all their authenticity. Puerto de Las Nieves also has two small beaches that are perfect for refreshing themselves.
