The museum restaurant serves breakfast and dinner (some evenings), a typical family and family kitchen very popular with both locals and tourists. Perhaps one of the only places in the Canary Islands where you will taste specialities that are so diverse based on gofio.

Excellent restaurant, belle terrasse, on y mange très bien des plats régionaux et un excellent vin de banane. Accueil sympa et patient. après le repas petite visite au musée très intéressant.

And good service diversity excellent. If you like or want to know the canary cuisine it is in Hotel de Gofio that you must stop.



Starter, do not miss the vegetable soup gofio (flour otherwise grilled) they are delicious! You will eat also papas con arrugadas mojo rojo (new potatoes cooked in salt water with a traditional sauce with olive oil and pepper) that accompany the poisons and local meats.



The waiter Ramon is very efficient and always smiling. An as service. It is also Ramon who guided us at the time of our visit the museum it explained operation of the moulin features gofio and traditional objects from the island of Gum.
