PORT

From Lefkada, you will not find a boat connection to the mainland as the island is connected by a road bridge to the Peloponnese, right next to Lefkada. However, the island has two ports: Nidri and Vassiliki (in the south). From Nidri, the connections with the rest of the archipelago are interesting. You will find rotations with Cephalonia (Fiskardo in the north of the island), Ithaca (with the ports of Piso Aetos or Frikes). Closer to home, it is also possible to go on a day trip to the islet of Meganissi.
