Romantic lookout with a beautiful view of the island of Corfu.
Built on ancient fortifications, the place is as romantic as one could wish, to see the proliferation of padlocks on the railing... The succession of couples taking selfies confirms the impression. Nevertheless, this observation platform is worth the trip. A 10-minute walk from the village, perched on a steep rock, the site owes its name to the former German emperor William II. While staying in his summer residence of Achilleon, he regularly came to contemplate the view from this belvedere, with a 360° view on the island of Corfu. Ideal at sunset.

Vue à 180 degrés
Il est possible de monter en voiture jusqu'au rocher. Il y a même un restaurant café pour profiter de la vue. mais j'ai trouvé plus sympathique de laisser mon véhicule en bas du village et de monter au trône du kaiser à pied. La vue à 180 degrés y est superbe.
