Links with the continent. The island is more easily accessible from the port of Alexandropoulis with, in summer, up to seven ferries (2 hours of crossing) and two hydrofoil (1 hour) per week. Samothrace is also connected twice a week in Lavrio (13 hours) and once a week at Kavala (3 hours). Information: Tel +30 25510 28734.

Links with other islands. In summer, there are only two ferries per week for Limnos and Aghios Efstratio.
