Athens-Samos. At least one ferry per day connects Samos from Piraeus. In general, ships from Athens serve the ports of Karlovassi (8 hours of crossing) and Vathi (9 hours).

Links with other islands. With Ikaria, Chios, Naxos, Paros, Provided, Mykonos, Syros, Kalimnos, Kos, Lesbos, Rhodes and Limnos. Karlovassi is connected once a week to Kavala on the continent.
