AMBELOS

Ambelos is a small authentic village nicely perched above the sea, within wooded hills. On the national road that leads from Kokkari to Karlovassi, you can stop here for a drink in the tavern in front of the church, after having strolled through the few small streets of the village. The winding road leading to it is very beautiful. The village attracts visitors mainly for its picturesque architecture and relaxed atmosphere, in the middle of a beautiful area full of vineyards, pine and olive trees.
