With the mainland, the port of Aghios Kirikos is connected to Piraeus at least three times a week with Hellenic Seaways and with Kavala twice a week. Evdilos is also connected three times a week to Piraeus. To the other islands, the Nissos Rodos, which connects the island to Piraeus, passes through Patmos, Naxos and Paros. Towards Kavala, the boat passes through Samos, Chios, Lesbos and Limnos. The Nissos Mikonos passes through Syros er Mykonos.
