Pleasantly located in the beautiful Pythonas square, in the heart of the village of Volissos, this historical tavern-kafeneion spreads its tables in the shade of trees that bring freshness and sweetness during the day. Here you can enjoy a traditional Greek coffee or a good old-fashioned meal. Some evenings in season, musicians take place to play some rebetiko classics, that the large tables take back in chorus... unless everyone gets up to dance in a circle! Simple and friendly atmosphere, without fuss.

Ωραία ταβέρνα σε μία πανέμορφη πλατεία με πολύ καλό μαγειρευτό φαγητό,καλή εξυπηρέτηση και λογικές τιμές.

Μέτριο φαγητό, ότι επιλέξαμε ήρθε ξανά ζεσταμένο σε φούρνο μικροκυμάτων. Ήσυχο ταβερνάκι, σε πανέμορφο σημείο και πολύ φιλικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες.

Do not forget to try the famous meatballs … no joke , are the best , beside my grandmothers , that I ever eat. The eggplant slow cooked is also a must eat.
The owners are so friendly and full of joy. You will have a wonderful experience under the old trees , in the middle of a medieval village. What else could you ask for ?
