Tilos is poorly served, helping to preserve the mass tourism. Be careful, therefore, if a ship is canceled, the next one can only arrive 24 or 48 hours later.

Athens-Tilos: two ferries a week serve the island from Le Piraeus (from 14 to 17 hours 30 crossing according to route).

Connections with the other islands. Dodekanisos Express stops twice a week in Tilos.

With a few stopovers in the Cyclades and the Dodecese, ferries towards Le Prée are the main connections to the outside world.
