This is a well-known restaurant on Kalymnos, serving traditional local cuisine including mououri, stuffed lamb cooked over a low heat for around ten hours. It's an island specialty that's becoming increasingly hard to find in restaurants. Here, all the ingredients come from the owner's own vegetable garden and farm, and he also bakes his own bread. All cooked with love and served in an exceptional setting overlooking Telendos and the open sea. The terrace fills up quickly, especially at sunset.
