Aparthotel with terrace offering a beautiful view of the bay of Katapola.

On the heights of Katapola, 70 m from the port, take the stairs on your right to climb up to this small and useful pension. This apartment hotel is located 250 metres from the beach of Katapola. The 17 double rooms with air conditioning and refrigerator are very often crowded with tourists from all over the world, which makes this place a real cosmopolitan address. A splendid view of the bay of Katapola stretches out from the terraces. And the owner speaks French. A car rental service is also provided on site.

Une pension sur les hauteurs de Katapola
Pour reprendre l'avis de Zorba, d'accord il y a des ferries qui arrivent à 3h sans couper les moteurs jusqu'à 6h mais ce n'est pas tous les jours heureusement. Pour loger dans cette pension, préférer les étages supérieurs (le mieux est le dernier). Je suis déjà venue en 2013 et 2016 mais la literie n'était pas géniale. Depuis, les chambres ont toutes été refaites et la literie est impeccable.

The owner is very pleasant, but not many other benefits (if not the price: 25€).
The rooms on level 0 overlook an alley where everyone passes: not very private...
Moreover, ferries arrive at 3:00 and leave a 6:00, without cutting the engines: Welcome noise and the exhaust fumes, announcements high speaker... We stayed 1 night to be next to the port and it is well enough.

Katapola is less typical than the other villages of Amorgos.
