In the kitchen, chef Gikas Genakis is at the helm. Together with his team, he prepares seasonal gourmet menus that sublimate the traditional flavors of the Cyclades. Grilled or ceviche fish, elaborate vegetable salads, orzo, risottos and meats... everything is succulent. Very reasonable prices for this range of restaurants.

Rada at Cove Paros is a fine dining restaurant located in the beautiful seaside town of Naoussa. The restaurant has a chic and sophisticated atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea. The menu features modern Greek cuisine, with a focus on fresh, local ingredients.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rada with my partner. We started with the orzo pasta, which was tossed with fresh seafood, tomatoes, and herbs. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the seafood was perfectly cooked and juicy. We also had the Padron peppers, which were grilled and served with a garlicky dipping sauce. The peppers were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. For our main course, we had the ceviche, which was made with fresh fish, citrus, and vegetables. The ceviche was light and refreshing, and the flavors were perfectly balanced.

Bellissima location. Di greco si trovano solo le materie prime senz'altro di ottimo livello. I costi notevoli non sono giustificati. Tra i due antipasti tamara( una maionese con barbabietola che forse conteneva delle uova di pesce che in realtà dovevano essere la base principale ) e cozze , un'attesa di almeno 15 minuti. Praticamente uno dei commensali mangia mentre l'altro aspetta. Non all'altezza della decantata professionalità. Risotto al nero di seppia con seppie buono ma nulla di originale. Ottimo il budino di cioccolato con caramello.
