Great stay at Hotel Benoise! We couldn’t have had a more relaxing and great stay! The staff from the front desk on were terrific, answering all questions, suggesting how to get around Syros, and just overall courtesies. The really made you feel welcomed and appreciated! And as if that is not enough, the breakfast was spectacular and even more so, the dinners were outstanding! The only thing better than the dinners was the atmosphere and personal service! We can’t say enough and are already planning to come back! Thank you all at Hotel Benois!

Hard to leave less than 5 stars. We received an amazing welcome from the whole team and felt at home for the five nights we were there. Kisses from Matilda and her parents.

Ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που έχω δει με τέλειο πρωινό και όσο για μεσημεριανό και βραδινό τέλεια επιλογή.Το προσωπικό πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ότι ζητήσαμε με το παραπάνω το ευχαριστούμε πολύ.Η καλύτερη παραλία της Σύρου 10 μέτρα από το ξενοδοχείο.Οσο για το ηλιοβασίλεμα δεν έχω λόγια

Επίσης διαθέτει άνετο πάρκινγκ για τα αυτοκίνητα!

Stiamo ancora alloggiando presso questo Hotel, ma per adesso mi sento di consigliarlo per la locazione, pulizia, la gentilezza e per l'ottimo ristorante anche se non incluso nel prezzo.

I am surprised about all the positive reviews here. Our experience in Benois was very different. When we arrived, I was surprised about the size of the pool. It is way too small! Nice for children, but for adults it"s basically a bathtub. No fun. The rooms are ok, but also a bit small. My main problem was the location. Next to Benois is the main street plus the bus stop. The constant noise of motorbikes, cars and vespas was unnerving, relaxing was not possible for me. The motorbike and quad rental right behind the hotel also didn't help. The smell of diesel constantly hung in the air. Sorry, but we won't come again.

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet Hôtel, personnels professionnels et disponibles, le chef et son équipe en cuisine font de très bons plats , localisation parfaite, prix raisonnable pour la qualités des services proposés.

Personal disappointment.

My son and myself have been guests at the Benois 7 times over a period of 9 years. The owners have seen my son grow up ... Yes, Benois is a lovely hotel, the owners were always super nice, that is ... as long as we were paying guests ...

This summer we came on a very short notice to Syros. Benois was booked out, of course. Luckily we found another accomodation. When we visited Benois, we spent money at the bar and ordered some food, everything was nice. But when we politely asked if we could spend a few hours at the poolside in the coming 2 or 3 days, (the poolside is half empty most of the time, because many guests are at the beach or do a tour), we were declined, because we were not guests of the hotel. We were not permitted to use one of the many empty recliners and had to leave.

The owner told us she didn't want the other guests to be disturbed (as if my son and myself are some kind of disturbance). And all this after we spent thousands of Euros at Benois Hotel over the years ...

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο,καθάρισμα κάθε μέρα,ευχάριστα δωμάτια με μπάνιο τέλειο,πολύ καλές ανέσεις,ωραίο πρωινό!!Επισης είναι σε τέλεια τοποθεσία με τη θάλασσα στα πόδια σου!!Αξιζει με το παραπάνω ❤️

Great hotel and location, lovely breakfast

Very nice Hotel, lovely designed, great breakfast, very friendly staff! Location for the beach is perfect, Transfer to the city is about 15 minutes. Surroundings around the pool could be a bit nicer.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location! It's a very stylish boutique hotel in Galissas. Unbelivably close to Syros island's best beach! The hotel offer everything you need for a holiday, very clean and convenient. This is a perfect choice for a family holiday, but couples won't be disappointed either. Breakfast is made with high quality ingredients and offers a sufficient choice of meals. Coctails are better than you could ask for in a 4-star hotel (kudos to the bartender!). Moussaka is to die for (should be a regular in the menu ????).
A special shout out to Konstantinos, who offers a 5-star concierge-like level of customer service. He helped us so many times with arranging taxis (even when it seemed impossible!) and giving pinpoint recommendations. He was also super kind and incredibly talkative.
Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel, close to beach and restaurants. Staff was really friendly and helpfull, especially Konstantinos. We had perfect time here
