This restaurant is called "Le Coucher de soleil" and has a lot of charm. He sets up his tables on a paved terrace and a covered area across the street. In a pretty paved courtyard near the beach, this tavern serves a wide variety of fish (the owner and chef, Kostas Bouyiouris, has his own caïques), spaghetti with seafood and small fried fish. It is by far the best establishment in Galissas. Come for an aperitif and dinner to enjoy the sunset.

Je n'ai pas forcément apprécié qu'on me force la main à commander la pêche du jour en m'informant du poids, mais pas du prix (70€ le kilo). Surtout pour un poisson que nous avons mangé froid.

Προσεγμένο μενού, σπάνιες γεύσεις με έντονο δημιουργικό στοιχείο.
Καλοδουλεμένες υφές και γευστικοί συνδυασμοί.
Όλα όσα φάγαμε ήταν πεντανόστιμα. Μας ενθουσίασαν ιδιαίτερα πιάτα όπως η αλμύρα με αχινό, το χουνκιάρ μπεγεντί ψαριού, η μους ταραμά με αβγά χελιδονόψαρου,το καπνιστό χέλι με φύκια της θάλασσας, ριζότο σουπιάς.
Με λίγα λόγια, απόλυτη νοστιμιά.
Το σέρβις πολύ καλό, φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.
