Athens-Syros. Since Piraeus, there are at least 1 ferry per day for Syros (3 hours a day or 3 hours a day depending on the company). From 1 to 3 hydrofoil connect Piraeus to Syros every day (2 hours 30 or 2 hours depending on the company). You can also start from Lavrio. These boats also serve Mykonos and, some, Tinos.

Links with other islands. The Capitale harbour, the port of Ermoupolis, gives access to all islands of the archipelago and even part of the Dodecanese (Rhodes, Leros, Kos…) and some of the islands of the Aegean Sea (Samos, Ikaria…). But it is Mykonos and Tinos that are the most frequent connections.
