I was in Greece for 8 days and this hotel was the highlight of my stay. I had 2 wonderful days on Aegina. The employees were friendly and check in was fast. The room was clean, bright, and welcoming. The balcony had a beautiful view of the pool and sea. I couldn’t get enough of relaxing by the pool and enjoying the wonderful breakfast prepared each morning. Thank you!

Έκανα μια κράτηση για το ξενοδοχείο για τον Αύγουστο με την οικογένειά μου.Υποχρεωθηκα να ακυρώσω την κράτηση μέσα σε 12 ώρες από την κράτηση, μέσω της ειδικής πλατφόρμας. Με απόλυτο σεβασμό στην πολιτική ακύρωσης ,ήρθα σε επικοινωνία με το ξενοδοχείο.
Ήταν αμείλικτοι,πραγματικά.Τους ζήτησα αν μπορούν να επιστρέψουν τουλάχιστον κάποιο ποσό,να κανω μια νέα κράτηση για ένα χρόνο μετά ή να έχω κάποια έκπτωση.Δεν δέχτηκαν κάτι από αυτά. Δεν μου έχει τύχει ποτέ κάτι τέτοιο στην Ελλάδα ούτε στο εξωτερικό. Το δωμάτιο θα κλειστει σίγουρα εφόσον ήταν για 2 μήνες μετά. Δεν ηθελαν απλά να βοηθήσουν. Η ανθρωπιά για εμένα αξίζει περισσότερα από ένα καθαρό δωμάτιο.

Αρκετά ωραίο ξενοδοχείο...με καλά δωμάτια και τίμιο σε σχέση τιμής - παροχών. Το πρωινό νόστιμο και η εξυπηρέτηση καλή. Υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης... αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές πολύ καλό!!
