Jean-Baptiste Deroche and Laure Cartier, young winegrowers, have taken over the estate from Odette and Gilles Miolanne, whose name they have kept. The property has a volcanic soil where organic farming is practiced. Discover the red Volcane, the rosé Volcane, the Pinot noir, the red Ephémère with carbonic maceration and the white Ephémère, made with gewurztraminer, rare in the region. The first AB certified vintage dates from 2016. In the summer, at the ephemeral bar, you can taste the wine of your choice by the glass and enjoy wine tours.
