The origin of the case dates back to 1970 when three brothers, Dimitrios, Zissis and Ioannis, undertook to collect milk and production of the cheeses of the Grammos and Kaimaktsalan mountains. In 1978, the brothers built a modern cheese factory in the village of Parapotamos, where they produce feta, salé cheese and white cheese. The cheese factory was completely renovated in 2000, production and products are now also planned for export. The house produces a beautiful variety of traditional Greek cheeses: of feta, hard cheeses, graviera (kind of cheese in goat and goat milk) and kefalotiri (a pressée pressed paste to sheep and goat milk), fresh cheeses to goat milk, white white cheeses, white white cheeses…
