You will fall under the spell of this small seaside resort, where the lush vegetation of the mountains slopes down to the beach. For the record, the present road did not exist during the Ottoman occupation and the transport of goods was done with the help of mules. In 1941, it was a merchant from Zagora, Dimitrios Polimeris, who took the initiative to build it on his own land. You will see his statue bust on the central road of Zagora, at the crossroads with Chorefto. The most beautiful part of the beach is the northern part, with fine sand. To the south there is also a small port, from where boats depart for the nearby beaches.
