AGIOS ANARGYRI CHURCH

This basilica is decorated with superimposed frescoes in two layers. The figures represented are less stylized than in the traditional Byzantine hagiographie. The oldest, dating from the year, adorn the narthex. The most recent date from the th century and cover all the interior of the building. One can even see a portrait of Theodore Lemniotis, who would subsidize the construction of the church.
