Excellent service, good prices, surprisingly quiet.

This is one of, if not the best accomodations that you can stay in when in Kalamitsi.

Throughout the years we've tried out a couple of other apartments, but we always end up coming back to this one the next year.
It's very close to the beach, but far and hidden enough to have its peace and quiet. It has the most beautiful yard, and clean and colorful rooms.
Houskeeping also changes the sheets and towels regularly.

All in all, top recommendation for Kalamitsi Studios!

Зелёная территория. Автомобили паркуются на территории под навесом, всегда в тени. Мы снимали двухкомнатный номер. Всё необходимое в номере есть (кухня оборудована, посуда, холодильник, кофемашина, моющее средство для посуды и даже новая губка). Все мыльно-рыльные принадлежности и туалетная бумага тоже были в номере. Оооочень чисто. Кровати с хорошими ортопедическими матрацами. Постельное белье и полотенца тоже чистейшие. Одно правило просит соблюдать хозяин: с 14:00 до 17:00 не шуметь (тихий час для гостей). На территории есть зона барбекю и место где всё что нажарил можно было съесть и запить)). До пляжа 100 метров. Большой балкон с обеденным столом и стульями (там мы всегда и ели). Так же на балконе сушилка для вещей. Уборка номера, замена полотенец и постельного белья 1 раз в 3 дня. Все отлично, всё понравилось. Платили 100 евро в сутки за 2-х комнатный номер. Семья 2 взрослых, 2 детей.

Ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος όταν πάει διακοπές. Καθαριότητα, εξυπηρέτηση, ησυχία, φανταστικό περιβάλλον 100 μέτρα από την πεντακάθαρη θάλασσα. Ότι χρειαστείς θα το βρεις.

Amazing studios in a very good location in Kalamitsi. Very clean rooms. The staff is really friendly. I totally recommend it!!!

On a passé une semaine de rêve avec un appartement tout confort , grand lit , cuisine équipé , grande terrasse face mer , douche italienne propreté irréprochable. La taverne juste à cote est à découvrir la cuisine est local et c'est délicieux .
On a vraiment sympathisé avec Maria à la cuisine et Dimitra au service adorables et toujours souriantes même en plein service :)
La plage est à 200 mètres et si vous voulez voir des coucher de soleil c'est pas loin sur la plage de Mavrospilia.
L'ile regorge de parcours de randonnées tous plus jolies les uns que les autres.
On peut circuler en scooter sans trop de risque il y avait peu de circulation en Juin
En bref belles rencontres avec Maria et Dimitra du Kalamitsi et Bertrand et Maithé des Français rencontrés sur Milos et que l'on a suivi ensuite sur Kimolos et Sifnos.
Je recommande cet établissement à 100% vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermes

Gazde primitoare si dragute, parcare acoperita , foisor in curte , multe flori si verdeata, balcon incapator. Camere foarte curate, echipate cu tot ce ai nevoie ,o mica chicineta cu de toate.Liniste, acces usor la plaja si taverne - foarte multumit.

The best place to stay! The host Dinitris is Amazing and pretty helpful! Always there to help and to guide you! The rooms are pretty nice and very clean! Recently was renovated as well and the garden.... well you should book there cause you will enjoy every minute of your stay! We loved it!

The most wonderful and magical place I've been to in all of Greece.
The garden makes it so cosy, the rooms feel authentic and homely. Our room had a fantastic view and great amenities. As much hot water as one could need! Cleaning every two days, perfectly fine.
The place is also a minute or two away from the beach and has shaded private parking.
It will definitely stay in my heart for it's beauty - we will come back for sure! Thank you! ????

First. Many thanks for the welcome and the provided accommodation service. At the beginning, when we were choosing accommodation in Kalamitsi, we were almost disappointed when we couldn't make a reservation through Booking, because everything was fully booked, and this particular accommodation was our first choice. And then I contacted the owner directly and to my pleasant surprise, everything was resolved. In the room, fresh water was waiting for us in the fridge, instant coffee and tea on the table. Shower shampoos in the bathroom. Like in a hotel. The beds are comfortable with thick mattresses. The bedding is changed regularly and always with a new pattern and color of towels. All done with taste and, most importantly, everything clean and functional. You can see that attention was paid to practical and decorative details, which delighted me. Outside the room or apartment is a beautiful garden where you can also sit or prepare a barbecue in the natural shade. We didn't use the barbecue, but I noticed that it had all the necessary accessories. Parking lot. My car has never had a nicer parking spot. All of this is different from the rooms and suites of the same scheme that we have had the opportunity to see so far. I have been on vacation in Greece enough times to be able to claim this. Various islands here and there, full board at the hotel and various studios. This is a beautiful corner combined with an almost unreal beautiful beach. If you don't understand what Dimitris wanted to do with the facility, it's better to pass it by. And what he has created is a complete impression of Greece and the Mediterranean and a sweet corner of peace and relaxation with a sense of taste. If you understand that and don't mind the creeping vines on the balcony and the gecko calling out on the wall at night while drinking Recin or beer while solving crosswords, then this is the right place for you. Less modern, more rustic. Nothing would stop us from coming again. Warm greetings for Danijela and Dimitris and the cat Yellow who deceived me, because until the last day I thought he was dangerous, but it turned out that he likes to be cuddled a lot.

Good place for family vacation...

The worst host ever, unpleasant, unprofessional, in fact the most unkind Greek we have ever met. The apartment is not worth half of its price. The apartment is too small, the kitchen they have cannot be called a kitchen, ants and spiders are everywhere, they enter the room because the windows and doors do not seal properly. The only plus of this accommodation is parking and wifi. Serbs, an important recommendation, pass this accommodation and if they give it to you for free, don't go there. There is no closet, there is a hole in the wall with a 30cm shutter that represents a door. We knew that the water was not for drinking, but nowhere in the whole of Sithonia we had not seen such dirty water and smelled such a stench. The water is yellow, I'm not sure if it's even safe to shower with it.The day before we supposed to check out, the host wanted to throw us out, saying that it was the last paid day even though we had another day booked. When they realized their mistake, we didn't even get an apology from the big boss. Dimitris we suggest that if you want to continue keep living and making money from your guests, you should enroll in a school for hospitality and tourism or something like that... For start learn to say hi, hello, good morning to people you are living from.

Καθαρό δωμάτιο, με βεράντα, κοινόχρηστο μεγάλο κήπο, κοινόχρηστο barbecue, ο Δημήτρης έλυνε άμεσα κάθε
