Created by an oenologist trained in Bordeaux, the former Bientôt store has been taken over with most of its excellent catalog. However, in its pretty store, it is the Greek production that interests us. Among its wide variety of local wines, try for example xynomavro ("black and acid" in Greek), one of the rarest and noblest red grapes in the world, originating from the northwest of Greece.
