For its short history, the city owes this vast area of relaxation and leisure to two Franco-Greek architects, Bernard Cuomo and Prodromos Nikiforidis. Thanks to them, the "Néa Paralia" extends from the Clean Tower to the city's Concert Hall, which has been transformed into a real promenade along the sea, with a bicycle path, green spaces as well as tennis, basketball, skateboarding and children's playgrounds. The walk also passes in front of a nautical base. The site therefore offers a wide variety of sports and leisure activities.
