TOSITSA HOUSE

This residence, built by Baron Michalis Tositsa in the 19th century, was converted into a museum of folk art. This is the home of a baron from Metsovo who bequeathed part of his fortune (acquired in Switzerland) to his native town, which is one of the reasons why the small town seems so prosperous. Kitchen, library, bedrooms and fireplaces: all deserve a look. The vast Tositsa house presents a fabulous collection of jewellery and clothing that tells us about the lineage of this family dear to the inhabitants of Metsovo.
