Ce sont les seuls points positifs. Il ne faut en effet pas oublier l'absence d'ascenseur ainsi qu'une literie bruyante et de mauvaise qualité, des sanitaires vieillots, une insonorisation faible et des petits déjeuners médiocres. Il est par ailleurs difficile de se garer dans les rues adjacentes quelle que soit l'heure.
L'hôtel est intensivement utilisé par de grands groupes.
