A monastery founded in the 10th century housing a small museum without much interest.

A monastery, founded in the th century, somewhat less interesting than that of Mega Spileon but historically symbolic. It was in this church that on 25 March 1821, a Greek revolution cry was launched… whereas it had already started since 21 March. The date of 25 March was chosen to celebrate the national day! The monastery, burned by the Germans in 1943, houses a small museum with no great interest.
