It is definitely not easy to find the tavern of Kostas Vassiliadis who did not even bother to put up a sign to indicate his establishment. Or maybe he doesn't need it.... It is a nice culinary surprise in the region, however. His wife, Maria, cooks excellent dishes: moussaka with local vegetables, sweet imam baildi (stuffed eggplants) with peppers and olives, vergadi with deer, scrambled eggs with meat... And if you have the opportunity, you must absolutely try her lightly cooked and crispy cheese slippers.
