BELUGA ART

Established in 2015, in a tastefully restored movie theatre, this café/bar definitively marked the rehabilitation of Trouba, the former district of Piraeus, banned in the 1950s and 1960s for its brothels, bars and shady cabarets. The masterpiece of the original works of art that decorate the two levels dates from 435 BC and is displayed on the ground floor under a Plexiglas pavement. It is a fragment of the fortified wall that protected the ancient city of Piraeus. An address that's worth a visit any time of day.
