Very unwelcoming stuff at the reception.Lock wasn't working on the door.Had to leave the luggage in front of the door and go to reception to sort it out. Bad start.
Dirty big spots on the floor.No basic amenities in the room like sewing kit, toiletries in the bathroom or pen and paper as should be expected from 4 star hotel.
After breakfast was stopped and asked in front of other hotel guests to be told that mine breakfast wasn't included and they need my signature.After insisting that was there was, no apology from front desk lady Naomi even was her fault not bothering to check up properly in her system. Terrible arrogant attitude.
Tv not working in the gym, also some exercising machines.Nobody bothers to check or repair.
Tried restaurant in the hotel/Cortes club. It was totally empty ,courteous waiter.Food tasty.When I had asked for the bill was asked cash or card.I settled on card.After realising cash was left in the room told a waiter would prefer card. The new waiter appeared and hearing that the preferred method of payment was changed became angry and aggressive.
Definitely not a four star hotel.
Tried to get in touch/ email with reception manager who never bothered to respond to my request to meet up help to improve service in his hotel.
My impression is badly managed hotel with a stuff with an attitude. One gets impression their main attention is on Korean and sports groups.
AVOUD AT ALL COSTS.
