The Colosseum Lounge is a huge club, with a bar-restaurant on the first floor, a café lounge during the day, the sea just a stone's throw away and a lively atmosphere in the evening. The Colosseum also has the advantage of being located in the city centre. If you're staying in Opatija, there's no problem getting there by car!
