CHEZ NONO - MANGROVE GOURMANDE

An institution, considered the best crab restaurant on the island. Bruno is passionate about raising his crabs in both salt and fresh water, and with his fish tank he offers them all year round. Melt-in-the-mouth coconut mangrove crab, stuffed crab, octopus, grilled captain and carangue, mango salad and green papaya. In the kitchen, Rachelle is a cordon bleu, and everything is fresh and tasty. Bungalows (no air-conditioning, candlelight and pitcher showers) and excursions are available.
